Talk to our teamAny time — we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including nights, weekends and public holidays. A doctor is dispatched to you as soon as one is available.
Your care is delivered by experienced physicians — including emergency-medicine specialists and family doctors — trained across acute, geriatric and palliative care, so you're in capable hands whatever the situation.
Fevers, infections, flu, gastric issues, wound care, minor injuries, post-operative reviews, chronic-condition flare-ups and more. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 995 — we'll help arrange onward care when needed.
We carry the essentials for urgent symptoms to be administered through injections — such as for nausea, vomiting and pain — so we can treat you on the spot. Any further medication can be arranged and delivered to you separately.
Urgent Care at Home is a private medical service and is not an approved institution — visits are not eligible for Medisave, MediShield Life or CHAS. If you hold private travel or personal-accident insurance, some policies may reimburse the cost — please check directly with your insurer. We provide an itemised receipt for every visit.
Always. After each visit you receive a digital medical certificate, prescription and a full visit summary, which we can forward to your regular GP or specialist on request.
